Litigation Associate Attorney

Salary and Compensation

Base Salary: $80,000 annually
Commission: Additional earnings through commission after meeting performance goals.
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 for qualified candidates.

Role Description

The attorney will handle a variety of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, work-related cases, serious injury cases, and wrongful death.
Responsibilities include preparing and filing petitions, conducting discovery, depositions, court hearings, mediations, and trials.
Management of a dedicated staff and a personal injury case docket.

Qualifications

Must be licensed for 2 years or less.
No prior experience in personal injury law required.
